A Special Thank you

Te Whanau Hou is very fortunate to receive the support of the Isaac Conservation and Wildlife Trust and Simcox Construction. Their financial support helps to fund the habitat restoration program at the Lagoon by enabling the planting of local eco-sourced plants around the Lagoon.

The Isaac Conservation and Wildlife Trust does amazing conservation work, the purpose of the trust is for the study, protection and breeding of native flora and fauna. Based at McLean’s Island in Christchurch, the trust is restoring wetland habitat, breeding native birds in conjunction with Department of Conservation and creating a heritage village for the protection of historic buildings.
